In the Kitchen: A Pumpkin Smoothie for Fall!

We all love pumpkin in the Fall. Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin pie, pumpkin ice cream…why not a pumpkin smoothie.

Ingredients

6 oz vanilla lowfat yogurt

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1 tart apple, peeled and chopped

1/2 banana

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of honey

1 cup of ice

Mix well in a blender and serve cold.
